Dr. Michael A. (Mick) Kling (O.D.) is a leadership trainer, consultant, speaker, writer, innovator and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Impact Leadership, which provides leadership, culture and business consulting for the eye care community. In addition to his role with Impact Leadership, Mick is the founder and CEO of lnvision Optometry, one of the largest, single location optometric practices in San Diego, California.  He has developed a notable reputation for providing conscientious and impactful advice, an engaging and influential speaking style, and innovative solutions for the most critical challenges facing practice owners today. He is originally from Indiana, raised in Arkansas, and has resided in San Diego for almost 25 years. When not working, he spends time with his wife Jennifer, and two sons, Robert and Ryan.

 Dr. Angela Howell (O.D. FCOVD, FAAO)  graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, and returned to complete a Residency in Pediatrics and Vision Therapy, after practicing primary care for twenty years.  Dr. Howell currently serves as both an adjunct faculty member at the Southern College of Optometry, and as Clinical Consulting faculty in Pediatric Primary Care.  Dr. Howell also works in private practice primary care, with emphasis on pediatrics and vision therapy where patients of all ages and abilities receive optometric care.  Dr. Howell has co-authored a chapter on ADHD and the ocular side effects of behavioral medicines in the textbook, Visual Diagnosis and Care of the Patient with Special Needs. The primary authors being Dr.’s Marc Taub, Mary Bartuccio and Dominque Maino. An article was published in the Journal of Behavioral Optometry: The Ocular Effects of Behavior Management Medications.

Dr. Cecelia Koetting (O.D.) practices at the secondary tertiary surgical center Virginia Eye Consultants in Norfolk, VA.  Her primary focus is ocular disease specializing in anterior segment and corneal disease, neuro-optometry, and peri-operative care.  She also partakes in clinical research and the maintenance of the referral network alongside the practices other optometrists.  Dr. Koetting serves as the Externship Director and is adjunct faculty for several schools and colleges of optometry including Pacific University, MCPHS, Salus University, Southern College of Optometry, and the University of the Incarnate Word.  Dr. Koetting is fellow in the American Academy of Optometry, a diplomate of the American Board of Optometry, serves on the board of the Glaucoma Section of AAO, President of her local Tidewater Optometric Association, Board of Trustee member for her state AOA, and an active member of AOA.  After graduating from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 2012 she completed a residency in Primary Care at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center in Ohio.  Dr. Koetting lectures both nationally and internationally at conferences and has been published in Optometry Management, Review of Optometry, Collaborative Eye and AOC.
